Lai Xuan Commune in Thuy Nguyen District, Hai Phong City, is adjacent to NHQ across the Phi Liet river. Over the years, Lai Xuan Commune has contributed an important part to the workforce working for the company. Being located in an area which is far from the center, with limited socio-economic conditions, the local government's facilities are still facing a plenty of difficulties. With the desire to contribute a part to the implementation of social security and educational development of the locality, on August 2, 2022, NHQ cooperated with Lai Xuan Commune authorities to organize the donation of learning equipment to the kindergarten on commune area.
